Lisa spent her early career in London, where, starting as a corporate buyer of fashion clothing and accessories, she quickly developed an intuitive feel for what worked and did not work for her clients. From here it was a logical step into more personal fashion styling. She rapidly found herself involved in the whirlwind round of press appearances, auditions, PR events, parties, magazine features, pop videos and photo-shoots, all the time advising and dressing her clients in the latest trends and styles.

A meeting at BMG records led to Lisa working with Simon Cowell for a number of years where she styled the likes of Westlife, Five and Billy Piper as well as a host of other famous and not so famous people. This work led to a number of appearances for Lisa on breakfast TV where she provided fashion ideas and tips designed so that everyone watching could take part without spending fortunes on designer clothes. One particluar fashion slot on ‘The Big Breakfast’ Lisa was introduced to Denise Van Outen who she then worked together with to give her a new style statement prior to her huge success in Chicago in Londons West End.

“It was great fun”, says Lisa, “but it was incredibly manic I always seemed to be in a car or a taxi, madly dashing around town with rails and racks full of clothes, shoes and accessories on my way to the next event. My front room resembled the backstage of a fashion show!”
